Emmi ‘n Paris Pawtisserie creates handmade products using dog-safe, human grade, USDA certified organic ingredients. We do not use or add preservatives, chemicals, artificial colorings, artificial flavorings, or sugar. A few of our treats do have a tiny bit of honey. If you prefer to not have honey, just ask and we will make a special order for you! See our FAQs page for more information including ingredients which are also included on the package labeling in accordance with Texas Feed Licensing through the Texas State Department of Agriculture.
PICKUP, DELIVERY, SHIPPING, AND RETURNS
Orders are typically ready in 3-4 days. Holiday orders may take 5-6 days, and we plan to offer preorders a few weeks in advance. Since our pawstries are food items, we are unable to accept returns. We will issue store credit, just contact us within 2 days of package receipt. Pickup is available in Stephenville, TX. Delivery options are in progress. At this time, shipping is only available for dry treats due to the cost of refrigeration packaging.
FEEDING
Emmi ‘n Paris Pawtisserie treats are just that – treats and should not be used as meal replacements. There is no substitute for a complete and balanced dog food. Even using safe, natural, human-grade ingredients it is possible for a dog to have a reaction to an ingredient (none of our dogs or client’s dogs have had reactions). Please monitor your dog when feeding any new product and always read the ingredient labels before offering to your dog.
While it is your choice regarding the number of snacks to feed, we recommend moderation – perhaps 1-2 per day. Feed, environmental, health conditions, etc. are factors in any dog’s (and human’s) life; therefore, we are not liable for any illness, allergic reactions, or distaste for any of our products.
Ingredient labels and Best By dates are printed on each package. Pawstries should be stored in the pantry or on the counter, not in the refrigerator.
Since our culinary delights are homemade, there may be minor variations in shape, color, etc. Your fur kids won’t even notice! Remember, dogs can only see a few colors and are interested in smell and taste. Required statement: even though we use human-grade ingredients, these are treats for dogs.
